25th Annual Earth Summit

Don’t Forget Your Roots: The Past Builds the Future

The 25th Annual Earth Summit will bring UC Santa Cruz students and the local community together to reconnect and reflect during a time of political and environmental challenges.

The event focuses on learning from past environmental advocacy in Santa Cruz and using those lessons to guide action today. By recognizing previous efforts, participants can better understand what has worked, what has not, and how to move forward.

This year, Enviroslug is collaborating with UCSC alumni and environmental advocates to highlight the history of local environmental movements and inspire new engagement. For the first time, the summit will also welcome members of the broader Santa Cruz community to strengthen collective action and shared responsibility for the future. 🌎
