Enviroslug

The Sierra Club recently rated the University of California campus system as one of the top ten most sustainable schools in the country--but there is still a long way to go. To move forward it's time our campus invested in it's own renewable energy resources and stood up as a real leader on climate action. In order to accomplish this our campaign mission is two-fold: to first show the UC of the feasibility of producing our own power from the winds present at two different UCSC sites, and then to act on this with the installation of a pilot wind turbine.
